I ordered size XLarge could have gotten size large for my stomach area but thank god i did not because my arms needed the XLarge i was able to go straight to the second row hopefully soon i can loose weight in my arms so i can order a size large im 5”5” 217lb

I should've heeded other reviewers and sized down as the XL I ordered is already loose fitting . So in this instance it does work up a sweat but not as much as the girls on the promotional ads do. Mind you I haven't worn it to a gym session yet so that's probably why.
It is very lightweight fabric and soft, the texture almost feels like getting into a wetsuit & I always feel quite svelte after wearing.
