I love the waist cincher along with the waist trainer! I stared with an L and have moved down to an XS in under 3 months. They are comfortable and easy to wear,. My only "critique" would be to make some additional smaller sizes (XXS, XXXS, etc.) but otherwise I plan on continuing to use it for my workouts.

The fit and comfort of this shaper/waist trainer is perfect! Comfortable and exact to size! I could have purchased my size and it would have fit. I purchased a size larger to make sure it did. When I change sizes I will definitely purchase this same shaper/waist trainer.
