Build or maintain muscle!
Chicken - Pumpkin Hamburgers
Boil 100gr of pumpkin (preferably steam)
Add 150gr of chicken, 1 garlic and ½ onion into a food processor. Add the boiled pumpkin and process everything until you achieve a proper mix.
Then add egg whites, (salt & pepper). Carefully add oat flour, slowly, until you achieve a well-blended dough. The mix should be wet enough so it holds together when you make the patties, but it shouldn’t get stuck on your hands (too much flour will make it too dry and too little won’t let it reach a doughty consistency.)
Pour a drop of olive oil onto a skillet, and pre-heat the oil. Shape each dough piece into hamburger patties and lay on the hot pan to cook (remember to turn your patties). You can also use an indoor grill pan.

Take into account that if your goal is to build muscle you should increase your protein intake. To burn fat, you should reduce the amount of carbs of your foods, so your body can use its own fat. Meal replacements are pretty useful when it comes to burning fat. Protein shakes like Hot Vita’s, include a reasonable amount of protein and amino acids to fulfil your body’s needs and a low amount of carbs to stimulate fat burn while keeping you satisfied for a long period of time.
