I was skeptical to try this because I've used appetite suppressants before and after a while they usually stop working. I have been taking this crave control every day for 3 weeks, and I have noticed that I don't crave sweets and junk food at all. I've been combining this with a really strict diet, and I honestly don't even feel deprived when my family is eating pizza and brownies.
