    Sweatin oldie!

    I bought this to amp up my workout routine. I decided to try it out while cleaning the house. I quickly started sweating. I folded laundry in it, fluffed pillows, made the beds. Once I started sweeping , it really kicked into gear. When the mop came out, it was on. I was sweating like I’d just ran a 5k, and that hasn’t happened in years. In all seriousness, as I’ve gotten older, I sweat less and I feel like a good sweat is necessary to clean out the toxins and to feel better. This definitely helps work up a sweat. I’m glad I found it. So, great find for all you post menopausal ladies out there who need a little help getting to the sweating stage.

    Great fit

    I’ve been using this for a few weeks, and I can already see a difference in my waist! It fits snug but comfortably, and I love the extra support it gives during workouts. My only small issue is that I wish it had a bit more stretch in the sleeves, but overall, it’s great!
